Help Ninja Van achieve the best logistics service by improving and localising product features by working cross-functionally with different departments and teams. Deploying and localising programs and products into the country and thus be the gatekeeper of critical metrics alongside local stakeholders. Continually improve existing products and tools by providing practical, actionable recommendations that align with corporate strategies, business goals and objectives.


  • Work towards achieving KPIs by deciding on the metrics to track, reviewing metrics, providing actionable insights to country teams and regional product teams, deploying it on the ground with a feedback loop and tracking performance
  • Coordinate rollouts and change management for country deployments with the necessary training and release notes
  • With the help of Head of Country Product Manager to provide insights and communicate product decisions to different levels of stakeholders by tailoring information at each level
  • Ensuring that all teams involved are responsible for a designated action before, during and after deployment
  • Dive deep and diagnose operational processes, identify defects and improvement opportunities, provide future state recommendations and strategies, and validate process improvement effort
  • Verify, validate and consolidate country requirements to be prioritised with the regional product team with justification, data and insights to influence the product roadmap
  • Dive deep in understanding our products and potential products, and the competitive landscape with actionable insights


  • Generally have 2+ years of experience in managing product
  • Proficiency in working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly
  • Making sense of complex, high quantity information to effectively solve problems
  • Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value
  • Good leadership, time management, facilitation, and organisational skills
  • Experience as a Program Manager / Project Manager / similar role is a big plus
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in navigating data tools such as Metabase, Redash or Data Studio
