The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
Marketing manager needs to manage the marketing team. The current scope of marketing team is digital marketing activities which includes paid marketing, EDM and other channels digitally such as the marketplace platform programmes. The marketing manager is also expected to manage other marketing activities such as events. The role should drive awareness and acquisition of Sellercraft products. The focus of acquisition would be to warm up leads through mass digital channels and also generate new leads. This in turn drives the sales organisation objectives. As such, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales department on the overall company sales and acquisition objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, monitor and evaluate campaigns’ performance to ensure the team is meeting its targets.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Conducting competition research and market analysis to evaluate brand awareness and competitor activity.
  • Initiate and execute user research such as surveys and/or focus groups (when needed) to understand and analyse customer segments, key pain points and requirements.
  • Create feedback loops with the Product team to surface potential developments that can drive retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Conceive, develop and execute efficient and impactful marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, leads and drive conversions using a mixture of both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing strategies.
  • Write and proofread marketing material for both online and offline campaigns (website, press releases, social media channels, etc.).
  • Management of social media channels, EDMs, public relations, website and digital advertising channels such as SEM and SEM.
  • Optimize website traffic using SEO and ensure customer experience optimization.
  • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
  • Management of marketing budget.
  • Maintenance and updating of customer databases.
  • Build, grow and engage an active and authentic customer community through all channels including social media.
  • Creation and execution of content, events and campaigns to keep the community engaged and participative.
  • Usage of the community to listen, gather insights and learn from the customers and promote brand loyalty.
  • Manage the streamlining of communication of company creatives whether written copies or creatives. Content that is created should be reused as much as possible for all countries.
  • Manage the creative team to help ensure streamlining of processes especially in input and output to other departments.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Paid media, digital marketing, & content and creatives
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Has both strong data management skills and also a creative eye
