  • Assessing Training Needs
  • Be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives;
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis;
  • Conduct monthly Survey/Visit to address training gaps
  • Creating Training Plans
  • Design relevant programs, and assess their impact on employee performance and loyalty;
  • Enhance employee skills, improve performance, increase productivity, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Deploying Various Training Methods
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Develop and implement training & development projects/initiatives for various Ninja van stakeholders (Riders, Drivers, Station Managers, Province Leaders, etc.)
  • Spearhead assigned operation training projects/initiatives for different stakeholders;
  • Liaise with stakeholders involved in training and development projects (Regional training team, Operation team, third-party vendors, etc.
  • Facilitate and deliver assigned training sessions including onboarding, technical and soft skill training
  • Build & update training materials and kits (Lesson plan, slide, activities)
  • Assist in improving training effectiveness by deploying new approaches (multimedia, technology, framework, SOP, etc.)
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success;
  • ManagingTraining Budgets: Manage training budget;
  • StayingUpdatedOn Training Trends
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development;
  • Other tasks/project as assigned


  • Min 5 years of working experience with min 2 years working as training/ training management Leader;
  • Experienced in training blue-collar workers;
  • Experienced in using digital training platforms;
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
  • Bachelor degree (Preference: Business, commerce, social studies and humanity).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill, Problem solving, Strong analytical skill, able to identify competency gaps;
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Good at English 4 skills
  • Highly competent with Microsoft office (especially Excel), Excellent reporting skill
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
  • Good computer and database skills
  • Yes: willing to travel to provinces to visit stations/riders and perform training
