岗位职责：监督日常采购运作；监控采购跟单团队的绩效，主动发现流程、效率问题并提出解决方案；保持跟各部门密切沟通，保证订单顺利进行；向Operation head定期呈现业绩报告；带领和发展团队，组织并监督采购团队工作流程；促进高绩效和持续改进的团队文化，重视对项目质量与产出的承诺；协助Operation head如有任何日常需要

任职要求：
具备8-10年以上相关采购与管理工作经验；
熟悉采购跟单全流程操作；
熟悉流程制定、改进和优化；
具备较强的分析能力和结构化思维能力，善于分析数据以及解决问题；
具备较强适应能力与抗压能力，适应多变的流程与氛围；
具有良好的团队合作精神，沟通和组织能力；
具备扎实的团队管理实践，带领团队完成业绩；
精通Excel及数据管理技能；流利的英语沟通能力（书面+口语）；
