The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
The Sales Manager leads a team of Business Development Executives and oversees the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of SaaS business development initiatives, ensuring consistent revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion, while reporting to higher-level management and aligning efforts with the broader organizational mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and coach the team to be best-in-class SaaS Salesperson in the industry
  • Study the team / individual performance to understand their strength and weakness and provide customized improvement plan for them
  • Discover the pain points of sellers and provide suitable solutions towards their pain points. Converting prospect into Paid Users
  • Constantly auditing current GTM Strategy which includes but not limited to Pricing Model and Sales Presentation. Propose GTM Strategy that best fits the market backed by data.

Requirements

  • Min 3 years in people management, preferably from SaaS / e-commerce sales background
  • Bachelors in Related field
  • Leadership, Communication Skills, Active Listening, Lead Qualification, Research Skills, Resilience and Perseverance
  • Data Analytics experience in order to optimise sales funnel
