As part of the CVS team, the Partnerships Manager will be in charge of managing relationships and performance with our FMCG Brand
partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who experience in managing large key accounts and building partnerships
The candidate will work to achieve the following:
- Create a partnership funnel to acquire partners and then expand the partnership
- Work with brands to expand our partnerships/distributorships to more provinces
- Update partners with sales performance and current initiatives
- Work with the sales team to solve operational challenges with the brand partners
- Work with Commercial, Operations and Supply heads to launch new initiatives
This is a key role that will have an impact in supporting the growth of a regional scale-up. The candidate will be able to work
independently, confidently lead business development activities, and own relationships with a variety of external stakeholders

Responsibilities

    Managing Operations on Area scale (50%)
  • Ensuring daily operations following SOP
  • Resolve Ops issues at hands
  • Preparing regional weekly, monthly (20%)
  • Tracking weekly, monthly performance & generate weekly, monthly report
  • Define Ops related issues & Action to-do list to resolve
  • Support Head of Operations & Regional Operations Manager with Quarterly forecast & Annual Budget (15%)
  • Input quarterly forecast
  • Input Operation model for Annual budget
  • Implement Ops experiment to optimized Ops model (15%)
  • Support & work with other stake-holder to implement experiments with core & other BU

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experiences on same level & type of business
  • Managing FMCG’s distributor is a must
  • Bachelor degree
  • Leadership & management skills
  • Communication by both Vietnameses & English
  • Team building & motivation
  • Data driven
  • Planning & forecast
  • Willing to get hands dirty
  • Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
