Job Responsibilities
- Assist Region Heads in monitoring Station performance and operational compliance
- Improve operational processes that directly translate into higher delivery performance metrics
- Enforce company policies, procedures and disciplines as appropriate.
- Assist in the planning of curriculum and lessons for Station under their supervision
- Provide general and technical training to Station under their supervision
- Assist in conducting Station assessment audits
- Perform other duties related to the job that may be assigned on case to case basis
- Report any noncompliance in Station operational processes to the Management
- Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
- Take care of own and others' safety.
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required to travel
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Data-driven decision making mentality and “can-do” attitude
