The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the overall management, control and performance of the assigned warehouse operation. The role ensures that inbound, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch, manpower, facility, safety, security, reporting and client service requirements are executed according to agreed service levels, company standards and operational policies.
The Warehouse Manager leads supervisors, team leaders and warehouse associates to deliver safe, accurate, efficient and compliant warehouse operations. The role is accountable for operational execution, inventory accuracy, productivity, cost discipline, issue resolution, team development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years cumulative experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, contract logistics, retail warehousing, inventory management or supply chain operations. At least 2–3 years in a warehouse leadership role managing supervisors, team leaders and sizable ground teams. Experience in new site launch, warehouse setup, transition management, facility readiness or operational ramp-up is highly preferred. Experience handling bulky items, high-value inventory, retail warehouse operations or customer-facing warehouse release processes is an advantage. Experience using WMS/OMS, inventory systems, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, dispatch control and KPI reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or related field preferred. Equivalent operational leadership experience may be considered for candidates with strong warehouse/contract logistics background. - Willing to start as soon as possible.
