Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
- Assist the Station Head in managing daily station operations to ensure smooth parcel processing and delivery activities.
- Support daily station operations, including parcel processing, route monitoring, system updates, and COD banking when required.
- Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
- Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
- Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
- Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
- Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
- Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
- Take care of own and others' safety.
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
- Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
- Take care of own and others' safety.

Job Requirements
- Aged 18–45 years.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior working experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, disciplined, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
