Job Overview
The Account Management Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on account retention, revenue growth, and identifying opportunities to expand business through Ninja Van’s suite of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage and resolve client issues and escalations promptly and effectively
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present performance reports and shipping data to clients
- Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to service standards
- Analyse trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities
- Propose enhancements or new solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with the Account Management Manager on strategic initiatives

Key Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation and negotiation abilities with the ability tomultitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Diploma in any field (Degree preferred)
Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability
Relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels
Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Additional language is an advantage
