Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Prepares offer letters, probation contracts & prepare for on-boarding of employment for prospective candidates.
- Support other departments to post & hire both blue-collar and white collar workers.
- Perform full-life cycle of the recruitment process.
- Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates.
- Leading employer branding initiatives on social networks.
- Expanding the source of candidates in the recruitment area through online and offline channels.
- Connect and create close relationships with school units, mass organizations (Women's Union, youth union, ward agency, friend committee, police, ...), and job introduction centers, ... at the area in charge).
- Collaborate with teams to develop online channels (Facebook, Zalo, Recruitment Website, ...).
- Searching for new recruitment offline channels to develop regional candidate sources.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms (e.g., Lever), and recruitment channels.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment compliance and employment practices.
- Good command of English.
