We are looking for a driven and energetic sales person to join our team at Bahau, Negeri Sembilan. If you enjoy being on the ground, meeting customers daily, hitting KPIs and earning attractive commissions on top of a stable basic salary, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Visit, service, and conduct sales at assigned areas, outlets / Melawat, memberi perkhidmatan, dan melakukan jualan di kawasan/outlet yang telah ditetapkan
- Expand into new areas/states as approved and assigned / Menembusi kawasan/negeri baharu yang telah diakui & dipersetujui
- Achieve monthly sales targets / Mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan
- Explore, identify, and recruit wholesalers within assigned areas / Meneroka, mengenal pasti & merekrut pemborong di kawasan yang ditetapkan
- Explain Trade Marketing mechanics (National or Local Programs) / Menerangkan mekanik Pemasaran Perdagangan (Program Nasional atau Tempatan)
- Ensure all outstanding balances at outlets are collected before the due date / Memastikan semua baki tertunggak di outlet diselesaikan sebelum tarikh akhir
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time / Melaksanakan sebarang tugas dan tanggungjawab lain yang diberikan oleh syarikat dari semasa ke semasa
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or outdoor sales / 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam jualan B2B atau jualan luar
- Must possess own transportation (car) / Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri (kereta)
2200 - 2400 MYR a month
