Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategy for B2B cargo & LTL
- Acquire and onboard franchise partners (transporters, communities, aggregators)
- Design and manage partner commercial models (wholesale vs commission)
- Identify and remove pricing & non-pricing blockers to franchise growth
- Work with Sales & Ops to ensure BAU readiness for franchise rollout
- Manage partner performance, incentives, and retention
- Gather market feedback and translate into commercial & operational improvements
- Support regional reporting and growth planning
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) :
- Experience in B2B logistics, cargo, trucking, or freight
- Hands-on exposure to partner / franchise / agent network expansion
- Strong understanding of wholesale vs commission pricing
- Experience working with transporters, aggregators, or B2B shippers
- Commercial negotiation & partner margin management
- Ability to work cross-functionally (Sales, Ops, Pricing)
Nice-to-Have (Strong Advantage):
- Experience in freight aggregators or logistics tech platforms
- Exposure to LTL cargo operations
- Experience scaling community-based partners
- Familiarity with maklon / manufacturing supply chains
- Regional or multi-city expansion experience
