Job Descriptions

Drafting and reviewing contracts, including updating and localizing templates of service agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc. (mostly for business commercial and operational legal contract and legal document related).
Handling process improvements and integrating legal support across business functions (mostly related to commercial matters).
Work with external counsel and other relevant department to handle commercial disputes and settlements.

Requirements

Bachelor / Master’s degree in law
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate legal practice, preferably in-house, has experience in a multinational corporation.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian commercial law and regulatory frameworks.
Strong business sense.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including taking on tasks beyond the defined job scope when required by urgency.
