The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving client acquisition, lead conversion, and seamless customer onboarding to generate revenue and exceed sales targets. This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active customer. By developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, the Senior Sales Executive plays a key role in accelerating business growth, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Main Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage contract negotiations until they are fully agreed and signed by both parties.
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, KAM, and product teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
- Pre-qualify leads from internal sales channels to enhance sales presentations.
- Convert leads within the defined TAT to maximize the chances of closing.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions selling
- Relevant experience and exposure in the following industries (FMCG, Fulfillment, Marketplace)
- Strong data management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Effective communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly dependable
- Proactive and works with a sense of urgency
