We are setting up a dedicated OpsTalent (Recruitment) team to strengthen how we hire across Operations, starting with Last Mile and scaling across the Ops ecosystem.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, operational environments and enjoys building things from the ground up.This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, with conversion to permanent subject to the success of the OpsTalent pilot.
Job Descriptions:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Operations roles, starting with Last MilePartner closely with Ops leaders to translate manpower needs into hiring plans
- Establish and evolve fit-for-purpose hiring processes (practical, not bureaucratic)Lead and coach recruiter(s) supporting Ops hiring
- Monitor hiring performance, early attrition, and agency usage
- Resolve hiring escalations and balance competing priorities across Ops
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to volume or frontline hiring
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with Ops or site-based teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
- Data-literate, with the ability to use numbers to drive decisions
- Practical, resilient, and solutions-orientedExperience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or large-scale operations is an advantage.
