Job Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Lead day-to-day management of key GT and MT accounts, including planning, negotiation, and execution of joint business plans.
- Brand Growth & Distribution: Drive brand performance through distribution expansion, sales optimization, and strong in-store execution.
- Trade & Campaign Execution: Support the development and rollout of brand campaigns, trade promotions, and visibility programs in line with brand and channel strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain brand performance dashboards, sales trackers, and trade spend reports to monitor KPIs and guide improvement areas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment in planning, supply chain readiness, and execution excellence.
- Market Insights: Gather and share market intelligence, competitor activities, and channel opportunities to inform brand and business strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Key Account Management, or Trade Marketing within the FMCG, Retail, or Distribution industry.
- Proven experience handling General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) accounts — from planning and negotiation to execution and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated success in managing brand growth, campaign execution, and commercial performance delivery.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver business objectives.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans.
