Job Responsibilities
- Attend to all problematic delivery issues and ensure closure within the agreed SLA.
- Verify, analyze, and tag problematic delivery issues accurately.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on problematic delivery matters.
- Ensure no pending PET issues are left unattended by end of day (EOD).
- Update outcomes of problematic delivery issues as received via email.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure full adherence to the Recovery Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain compliance with the 5S concept in daily operations.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed of any issues related to tagged orders, when necessary.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry into the recovery system.
- Assist the Manager/Head with any ad hoc projects, reports, or analysis as required.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong process and detail orientation, with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to grasp operational processes and systems quickly.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrate high integrity, accountability, and responsibility in task execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Basic knowledge of Python programming will be an added advantage.
