Responsibilities
- Analyze client performance & Ninja SLA data, building review decks/presentations.
- Serve as the partner’s go-to for parcel-level/minor issue resolution, tracking escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution (Sales, Ops, CS, Finance) to implement process improvements and monitor KPIs/milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience (internships welcome). Exposure to e-commerce/logistics is a plus.
- Strong data and tools management in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
- Great communication & customer focus, able to turn data into simple narratives, calm under pressure, and responsive to parcel-level incidents.
- Strong problem-solving, KPI/milestone tracking, cross-functional coordination, and organized documentation/SOP management.
