Responsibilities
- Create Canva visuals, schedule posts, and handle simple design requests for the social media team.
- Maintain an organized photo/video asset library (naming, folders, usage notes).
- Support onboarding ops: send pre-boarding emails/invites, prepare schedules, coordinate welcome kits, and assist during orientation.
- Keep trackers, data, and documents up to date (attendance, equipment, buddy assignments) to ensure every new joiner’s onboarding runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Open for final-year student or fresh graduates
- Comfortable with Canva/Capcut as well as Google Spreadsheet and Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great communication
- Basic skill in photography or video is a plus
