Job Requirements
- We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Partner Integrations (PI) team. This role serves as the key bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and successful project delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison for all integration-related requests from assigned partnership clients, covering end-to-end onboarding needs beyond just Order Creation (OC) API and webhooks.
- Guide and shape the relationship between the Business and Engineering teams to deliver impactful products and features to the market, with emphasis on new services to our biggest customers.
- Grow and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including big key partners as well as smaller shippers. Must be able to appear credible with external business/technical stakeholders.
- Gathering requirements, defining scope and influencing business solution decisions based on business strategy and technical feedback.
- Foreseeing and smoothing out dependencies and potential blockers, and keeping stakeholders engaged.
- Create ways of inspecting, organising and visualising project requests and pipeline.
- Identify and investigate live technical issues promptly, collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure swift resolution with minimal disruption
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams by raising feature requests to relevant Product Managers, clearly conveying business requirements, urgency, and impact. Support scoping and prioritization when requests affect other teams’ roadmaps.
- Drive projects to completion by translating business requirements into technical specifications and managing execution with the Partner Integrations (PI) team.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather and clarify requirements, provide technical solutioning, and assist with troubleshooting and technical support.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in project management or product management.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and familiarity with APIs.
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or other related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
