About Cold Chain Project

  • We are embarking on an exciting Cold Chain Project aimed at strengthening our logistics infrastructure to support temperature-sensitive goods across Indonesia. This initiative focuses on developing an end-to-end cold chain network—spanning warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery—to ensure quality, safety, and compliance for perishable products such as food, pharmaceuticals, and other critical temperature-controlled items.
  • As we gear up for this strategic expansion, we are actively building a talent pool of professionals who are passionate about cold chain logistics, innovation in supply chain management, and driving operational excellence. If you're experienced in cold chain operations, temperature-controlled transport, refrigeration technologies, or strategic logistics planning, we want to connect with you!

What We Are Looking For

  • To support the growth of our Cold Chain Project, we are looking for a commercially driven leader who can shape our go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth:
  • Head of Commercial (Cold Chain) – With experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in the cold chain logistics.
  • Market Builder – Someone who can identify opportunities, develop new partnerships, and open new market segments for cold chain services.
  • Strategic & Customer-Centric – Capable of designing tailored solutions for clients, and translating customer needs into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Start-Up Energy – Adaptive, entrepreneurial, and ready to build a commercial function from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
