Minimum of 1 years of experience in fleet, transportation, or vehicle operations management, preferably within the logistics or trucking industry.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer service orientation.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel for operational oversight and support.
Possession of a valid SIM A driving license (mandatory).

Supervise and ensure timely vehicle maintenance in coordination with third-party vendors.
Monitor the accuracy and consistency of vehicle data across operational systems.
Lead the investigation and resolution process for vehicle accidents and implement preventive safety measures.
Oversee vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits of fleet conditions and documentation to maintain quality and safety standards.
Support and coach the team to enhance performance and adherence to fleet policies and procedures.
Provide reporting and insights related to fleet performance and optimization opportunities.
Coordinate and follow up on vehicle-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
