Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of business performance reports, reports that highlight key trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in sales budgeting and planning exercises, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Implement and track sales initiatives, sales performance, programs/promo, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines.
- Develop frameworks for sales performance tracking and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Ops to implement and optimize CRM processes.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Ops) to formalize processes related to sales & ensure smooth implementation.
- Assist in customer allocation exercises (rank up & rank down) to ensure proper channel placement.
- Manage Salesforce org structure, user roles, and lead assignment rules to ensure accurate access control and efficient sales operations
- Assist in tracking and monitoring budgets for shipper support, sales programs, and initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure spending aligns with approved targets and success metrics.
- Work with regional and local sales training teams to support training initiatives for sales teams (processes, tools, and incentive programs).
- Managing internal documentation and process guidelines, ensuring updated and accessible materials for sales teams.
Requirements
- At least 1- 2 years experience in territorial Sales management, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Business Analytics ...
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent numeracy, self-presentation skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
