About the Unit:
Restock Operations Unit caters to the new service of the Company, Ninja Restock, which is a business-to-business (B2B) service that enables brands and businesses to distribute supplies seamlessly to their locations and branches.
About the Job:
The Senior Account Manager – B2B Logistics role exists to drive long-term strategic relationships and revenue growth with key business clients by delivering tailored logistics solutions, ensuring service excellence, and aligning operational performance with client expectations; this role directly supports the organization's mission to be a trusted logistics partner through efficient, scalable, and customer-centric supply chain services, and reports to the Director of Sales or Head of Commercial Operations.

Main Duties :

  • Balances client satisfaction with business profitability; understands pricing, margin, and cost-to-serve dynamics in a logistics environment.
  • Balances big-picture account strategy with the hands-on management of daily service and operational issues.
  • Uses data and KPIs to inform decisions; maintains accuracy and diligence in reporting and operational follow-up.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing logistics environment; remains calm and focused under pressure.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently across all levels, both internally and externally; skilled in negotiation, influence, and stakeholder engagement.
