Key Accountabilities:
- Support the sales team with planning and operational tasks to achieve the overall goals of the business, such as: sales meeting follow-up, tracking sales disciplines and timesheet, prepare documentation for sales policy and project (if any), prepare sales support tools, support in checking issues arising in sales activities related to system/ data,...;
- Monitor and analyze sales indicators and trends as a basis for strategic business decisions, while coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts;
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of sales procedures, as well as identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems to enhance business performance: Target Allocation, Monthly Sales Commission & Allowance,...;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure sales processes smoothly..
Key Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Data Analysis roles;
- Nice to have experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, G Suite (Google). Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data visualization);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
