The role will support all or selected initiatives involving the key areas of Field Sales / B2BR Channel priorities through research, analysis, creative input, reporting, and coordination as required per initiative, including:
- Develop and automate dashboards, analyses and reports to support business functions.
- Assist regional sales leadership with analysis of the sales performance in various business measures / KPIs for meeting business objectives.
- Maintain the integrity of the data as the "single source of truth".
- Assess KPIs, perform root cause analyses, Be responsible for the accuracy of the calculations of these KPIs and reports.
- Help country sales teams with information on health check sales productivity.
- Gate-keeper for country sales promotion approval process
This role has a regional portfolio of 6 covered countries: SG, MY, PH, ID, VN, TH

Responsibilities

  • Works with leadership team on development of dashboards, identification of performance improvements, development of sales effectiveness metrics and provide proposals for sales tracking improvements.
  • Consolidate & validate regional sales reports; define, track and report sales performance metrics and trends. Convert data to insights and provide visualization and analysis of performance data
  • Consolidating countries target numbers, ensuring numbers upto date.
  • Participate in countries monthly business review and regular engagement with the countries to understand the key drivers of performance and gaps.
  • Publish monthly sales healthcard tracker to countries and provide insight
  • Collect and present quality feedback / comments from countries on sales performance variance.
  • Develop and publish data quality score month to ensure process compliance.
  • Maintaining and keeping upto date; sales organisation structure of every country
  • Support country on automation of manual report and dashboards
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with different functions (Pricing, finance, Business Intelligence, etc) to share and consolidate data to provide a holistic picture of business performance in assist senior management in their business discussions
  • Support adhoc project / initiatives to PMO

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of related experience in business/commercial analysis or sales reporting and KPI tracking (minimum equivalent to level assist manager)
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Proven strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google studio (sheet and presentation) and SQL, and ability to perform data conversion efficiently to achieve the desired output.
  • Knowledge in data analytics tools like Tableau / PowerBI / Google Studio (LookerStudio) and ability to use VBA to improve reporting processes will have added advantageous
  • Exhibit project management mindset, key stakeholder management & communication.
  • Ability to solve problems and navigate through occasional ambiguity with strong sense of responsibility to deliver within the given deadline.
  • Ability to convert data to insights in easy-to-understand visualization
  • Have strong business acumen skill
  • Ability to converse in both English and Bahasa Indoensia
