About the unit: The Human Resources Unit manages the entire life cycle of each employee - from attraction, recruitment, oboarding, development, retention and separation. The unit focuses on strategizing initiatives and solutions that build a close-knit culture, encourages professional and leadership growth and drive high performance among employees. It also ensures that the company is compliant to work and compensation standards set by relevant government agencies such as the Department of Labor.
Main Duties
The ER Associate is primarily responsible for managing and processing all bulk cases endorsed by the fleet units. These would include, but is not limited to, cases under Last Scan Accountability, Lost Parcel Project, and False Delivery Management. The HR Associate is also responsible for encoding the different incident reports endorsed to the Employee Discipline team in the ED App Tracker to ensure proper consolidation and monitoring of the same. This role shall be permanently stationed at the Company’s Head Office and shall report directly to the Employee Relations Manager.
1. Review and encode in the ED App Tracker all incident reports endorsed to the ER team (incident report form responses, CS x IR sheet for FDM, loss reports from Claims, etc.)
2. End-to-end disciplinary process for the following cases:
- Lost Parcels
- False Delivery/Pickup
- Last Scan Accountability
- Attendance-related cases of back office/support unit personnel
- Other cases which are endorsed on bulk
3. Prepare reports on the case status per unit.

- Other tasks, as may be assigned by the Employee Relations Manager.
