Recruitment:

  • Recruitment:
  • - Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements;
    - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, and plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews;
    - Prepares offer letters, and probation contracts & prepares for onboarding of employment for prospective candidates;
    - Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department;
    - Manage the internal recruitment process and optimize recruitment workflow to ensure quick hiring turnaround;
    - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies. Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will allow us to build a strong candidate pipeline;
    - Perform the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding:
  • - Support leading employer branding initiatives on social networks;
    - Building partnerships with universities, and youth-run organizations.
    - Grow Ninja Van’s campus recruitment capability by partnering with feeder universities, and top graduates from top universities, via events such as job fairs, career fairs,...

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition, Recruiter;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields;
  • Communication Skill & Stakeholder Management;
  • Decision Making Basic & Selection Management;
  • Have experience in managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process;
  • English communication.
