Daily Operation – Documentation Handling:
 Assist FC Liaise with logistics service providers and customers to ensure on time deliveries.
 Manage shipping documentation for accuracy and the timely release of invoices from the customer.
 Maintain monitoring dashboard for all shipments processed to keep good tracking in the volume of activities.
 Help control on billing matters with logistics service providers to reduce the delay of payment processing to logistics service providers.
Vendor Management:
 Assist and Manage and monitor performance of logistics service providers to ensure on time delivery of shipments.
 Participate in vendor performance review to ensure vendor adherence to committed lead time.
 Support insurance claim which arises from logistics service providers or internal trucking to ensure maximum recovery on losses.
 Work jointly with logistics service providers as well as Management Team on transport plan deployment to minimize transition difficulties during implementation.
Customer Management:
 Liaise with internal and external customers on transportation matters to ensure smooth operations.
 Improve service level by identifying optimization of processes and procedures.
Freight Invoice Management:
 Receive weekly/monthly manual invoices from logistics service providers.
 Manual freight audit.
Submit payment approval.
