Responsibilities

Do payroll administration as data maintenance, salary calculation, and payment processing
Prepare payment report especially for Operation Payroll
Work collaboratively with superior and team for payroll and benefits data
Proactively optimize current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience
Ensure all salary component (income & deductions) in HRIS are updated properly, correct and clear

Requirements

Min. of 1 - 3 years of experiences in Payroll or Tax
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tax, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or others related major
Familiar with HRIS, Ms. Excel, and payroll report, familiarity with SAP would be advantage
Basic knowledge of Income tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan practises
Detail oriented & Strong analytical
Excellent in massive data management, excel spreadsheet and other data analysis tools
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
