岗位职责:
客户战略:根据公司目标战略和市场趋势,高质量制定并实施客户管理策略,尤其关注菲律宾的中国客户市场;敏锐的商业触觉识别增长机会,制定客户管理计划,并与大客户建立牢固的关系;
团队管理:领导和管理团队日常工作,提供指导、支持和团队绩效考核。为团队设定明确的目标和目的,并监督执行;
客户开发:作为项目重要负责人,与客户建立并长期稳定的合作关系。了解客户业务需求、挑战和目标。开发量身定制的解决方案和策略,及时满足他们的特定需求,并推动共同发展;
收入增长:负责开拓和挖掘客户需求。与内部团队合作,如销售,市场和产品开发,提供更多解决方案、产品满足客户需求并实现销售目标;
客户满意度:管理客户满意度和客户保留率。进行弱项或不足处分析,制定有效的提升措施,指导并协助提升改善。定期收集客户反馈和见解,以不断改进我们的产品、服务提高整体客户体验;
市场分析:收集和分析中国市场趋势、竞争对手信息和行业发展趋势。进行市场调查和分析,为公司总体战略制定提供相关依据;
合同谈判:领导与大客户的合同谈判和续约,能识别潜在合同风险险等,做好风险控制。联动法务和财务团队合作,最终确定合同签订及合同的执行事宜;
跨部门和团队合作:与团队跨部门合作,不限于销售、市场、运营和财务团队。建立强有力的协作和沟通。定期向执行团队提供关键客户业绩、市场洞察和战略计划的最新信息;
任职要求:
本科以上学历,商业,经济,市场,金融等管理相关专业优先考虑;
至少7年以上的客户管理工作经验,有过复杂项目或大客户服务经验,物流或电子商务领域优先考虑;
具备全局统筹战略能力、出色的团队合作精神,能够带领团队完成公司目标,实现团队抱负;
具备出色的逻辑分析能力,商务谈判、客户谈判能力及沟通影响力;
具有出色的领导能力、管理能力,能协调内外部,处理执行中各种常规及各项突发事件;
熟练掌握相关数据分析工具,能够深入挖掘数据,提出有价值的商业建议。
具备出色的中英文双语沟通能力,能够与东南亚区域内外部团队进行无缝沟通;
精通的MSOffice办公软件能力,尤其在Excel与PPT的运用方面;
