Job Descriptions

  • Lead on numerous improvement and process excellence projects aimed at streamlining delivery activities
  • Direct reporting to C-Level for the adhoc project related to Last Mile part
  • Be a Subject-Matter Expert on larger processes and delivery activities
  • Managing all station's resources across Indonesia, including manpower, equipment, station expansion, etc
  • Implement change and contribute in cross-functional initiatives within the last-mile station
  • Lead and manage coordination between team member and ground on each region across Indonesia
  • Manage the timely data analysis to update overall performance on a daily basis, in an inventory control and systems environment, to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, capacity planning, eliminate errors in dispatch, and thus deliver excellent customer service


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Engineering, Management, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, Operation Excellence, Operation Improvements or similar role
  • Strong in data analytics, project management, and stakeholder management
  • Having advanced communication skills, both in Bahasa & English
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia
