The Fleet Operations Training Associate is responsible for providing internal training to the fleet team in order to improve the operations quality, adapting to operations or process changes effectively.

Responsibilities

Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
Create training contents and work with operations stakeholders to inculcate and measure adherence to key process or change initiatives.
Conduct specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
Assess employees skill levels according to expectations and determine need for retraining or intervention
Gather feedback from staff and understanding staffs challenges and wants
Organize team events
Work on projects as Project Owner that potentially improve the department, understanding on product launch that directly affects the daily duties or procedures of First Mile Team
Stakeholder management on product launch that directly affects the daily duties or procedures of First Mile Team

Requirements

Diploma in any field
Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in conducting classroom trainings and developing course materials
Preferably knowledgeable in customer service skills and experience in dealing with people at all levels
Ability to work independently and keen interest in people development
