The Fleet Operations Training Associate is responsible for providing internal training to the fleet team in order to improve the operations quality, adapting to operations or process changes effectively.


  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
  • Create training contents and work with operations stakeholders to inculcate and measure adherence to key process or change initiatives.
  • Conduct specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
  • Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Assess employees skill levels according to expectations and determine need for retraining or intervention
  • Gather feedback from staff and understanding staffs challenges and wants
  • Organize team events
  • Work on projects as Project Owner that potentially improve the department, understanding on product launch that directly affects the daily duties or procedures of First Mile Team
  • Stakeholder management on product launch that directly affects the daily duties or procedures of First Mile Team


  • Diploma in any field
  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in conducting classroom trainings and developing course materials
  • Preferably knowledgeable in customer service skills and experience in dealing with people at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and keen interest in people development
