As an Engagement Manager at Nest Health, you'll be at the heart of revolutionizing how families access care while playing a pivotal role in driving our mission forward.
The Engagement Manager is responsible for both strategy and direct family outreach as we grow our organization. They will refine and execute Nest's family outreach strategy and ensure that Nest's initial market meets or exceeds targets to sign up eligible families and successfully engage them in care as the primary care provider (PCP) for the children and adults. The Engagement Manager will initially be responsible for direct member family outreach and scheduling using multiple modalities and will continue to grow a team of local Outreach Specialists in the market and additional cities across the state. What will you do?
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine Nest's family outreach strategy, tools, and reporting systems to ensure real-time monitoring and optimization of outreach efforts
- Hands-On Outreach: Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, texts, and face-to-face interactions, building trust and scheduling initial visits with eligible families.
- Team Building: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of local Outreach Specialists, fostering growth and productivity in your market and future locations.
- Community Impact: Cultivate relationships with community providers, agencies, and stakeholders while participating in local events to boost brand awareness.
-Innovative Problem Solving: Identify and execute creative strategies to engage families, meet activation targets, and enhance outreach effectiveness
- Partner with the market VP/General Manager and other leaders on outreach and engagement successes and opportunities
- Develop and refine scripting, messaging, and conversation guides to improve the effectiveness of Nest outreach. Listen to and provide feedback on calls to improve scheduling and cancellation rates
- Have deep understanding of performance through reporting, audits, and observation, and provide productive, timely feedback to support the team in reaching their targets
- Monitor and adjust outreach productivity and performance relative to budget, develop and execute mitigation strategies
- May work flexible or extended hours to accomplish business goals
What do you bring to the Nest?
- A bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service (preferably in healthcare)
- Proven success working in an incentive-driven environment and meeting ambitious targets
- Strong community knowledge and the ability to cultivate relationships within the ecosystem
- Experience managing teams and a knack for motivating people to excel
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (preferred)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- A passion for making healthcare accessible to underserved communities
- Access to reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a personal auto insurance (Mileage will be reimbursed)
