 The DME Support Specialist partners closely with the sales team to process orders, provide status updates, and ensure a seamless workflow from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for entering and managing data across multiple systems while reviewing orders for accuracy, completeness, and timely fulfillment.
 
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a temporary, part time role with an estimated duration of 2 months, working approximately 20 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business, a daily work schedule is preferred. Applicants should expect to work in the office during the training period and as needed, with the ability to work remotely outside of those times.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of DME orders
Communicate with the sales team regarding order instructions, status updates, missing information, and other processing needs
Access and navigate internal systems and external portals to retrieve and provide necessary information
Maintain anonymized records of submitted case information and log communications with all parties in an Excel tracking system
Review and verify purchase order accuracy upon receipt prior to submitting to the operations team
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably working with sales team and external suppliers
High School Diploma, associate’s degree preferred
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams
Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience communicating with patients and or sales team members
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using an ERP system
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated

 
  Pay Range: $25 - $32 per hour
