Nalu is seeking a motivated, self-starting, dynamic individual to be an integral part of our Sales Operations function. This individual will focus on supporting the field sales organization with pricing proposal preparation and analysis, evolving our commercial performance reporting, and improving operational processes for our various systems into easy-to-use and relevant Finance and Sales datasets to provide business insights. The ideal candidate will be process-minded and have a comprehensive business understanding that aids in successfully executing strategic initiatives. The position reports to the Director of Sales Operations and is based in Carlsbad, CA. Responsibilities: - Assist field sales org with pricing proposals, analysis, and management of pricing approvals and special programs, including rebate administration
- Provides support for commission and quota design and distribution
- Maintain the integrity of sales systems and datasets, including territories, contracts, and customer information
- Assist with updates to sales planning tools and reporting dashboards
- Support the development and distribution of routine reports and metrics to help track business performance
- Help manage and update territory planning tools, contract records, and pricing catalogs
- Coordinate processes between Sales, Finance, and Operations to support planning and execution activities
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs
- Serve as a point of contact for routine requests from the field team, escalating issues when necessary
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, administration, or operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems (ERP, CRM, reporting tools)
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across teams
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
