Role Description : We are looking for an Operations Trainer who can train, coach and enable our Field Executives across India.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in field operations
- Good knowledge of field-force applications, processes & workflows
- Ability to train teams on Mswipe processes, installation, service and operational SOPs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in multiple regional languages
- Strong understanding of ground-level field challenges
- Willingness to travel across India
- Ability to engage, coach and motivate field teams
This role is perfect for someone who has strong field knowledge and can turn processes into simple, practical training for field teams.

Qualification

- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills, including experience conducting classroom and virtual sessions
- .Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create structured, engaging, and scalable training content and documentation
- .Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and interact effectively with diverse internal stakeholders
- .Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training effectiveness, interpret performance data, and refine programs accordingly
- .Relevant experience in operations training within fintech, payments, banking, or related industries is beneficial
- .Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or a related field is preferred
- .Comfort with digital tools, LMS platforms, and MS Office or similar productivity suites is advantageous
- .Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple training initiatives, and adapt to changing business needs
