About the Roles:

We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to act as the primary educator and technical bridge for our growing ecosystem of Solutions Partners, Agencies, and System Integrators. In this role, you will ensure our partners are not just "signed up," but are fully capable of selling, implementing, and servicing MoEngage. You will possess the unique ability to translate the technical setup of our platform into digestible, actionable training for our partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partner Onboarding & Training

  • Lead comprehensive enablement sessions for new and existing strategic partners.

  • Provide high-impact demonstrations of the MoEngage platform, tailoring the narrative to show how partners can leverage our tool to solve their clients' retention and engagement challenges.

  • Act as the "Technical Translator," explaining the nuances of how MoEngage is set up, integrated, and optimized within a client's tech stack.

2. Content Strategy & Partner Academy Management

  • Take full ownership of the MoEngage Partner Academy.

  • Design, develop, and update certification course materials (videos, slide decks, quizzes) to reflect the latest product features and UI changes.

  • Ensure that content caters to different personas, from technical implementers to commercial sales leads.

3. Certification & Ecosystem Growth

  • Maintain and grow a global pool of Certified Partners across multiple facets (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Sales Consultant, Campaign Specialist).

  • Track certification metrics and proactively reach out to partners to encourage upskilling and recertification.

  • Validate the quality of partner knowledge to ensure end-clients receive top-tier service.

4. Continuous Education & Community Engagement

  • Plan and host Quarterly Partner Webinars.

  • Curate agendas that cover not just product updates, but broader industry trends (e.g., AI in marketing, privacy changes) to position MoEngage partners as thought leaders.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the partner community.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Technical Pre-Sales, or Customer Success within the B2B SaaS or MarTech space.
  • Technical Aptitude: You must be comfortable explaining technical concepts. You do not need to be a developer, but you must understand how mobile marketing tech stacks work (e.g., what an SDK does, how APIs function, and basic data integration flows).
  • Content Creation: Proven experience creating curriculum, certification paths, and engaging training materials. Experience with LMS platforms (like Skilljar, Docebo, or similar) is a plus.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills. You can hold the attention of a room (or a Zoom call) and explain complex topics simply.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple training workstreams and webinar schedules simultaneously.
