About the role:
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic People & Culture team. You will act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership and managers of designated business units. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategies, providing expert HR guidance, and driving HR initiatives. You will be a key driver of organizational design, change management, and leadership development within your client groups and be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes employee engagement, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Partnering:
● Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on complex people issues, including leadership effectiveness, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
● Consult with leaders on organizational design and team effectiveness to ensure the business is structured for growth and scalability.
● Lead and execute all talent management and development cycles, including performance calibration, and identifying and developing high-potential talent.
● Analyze HR data and trends (e.g., attrition, engagement, D&I) to identify and solve workplace concerns, providing actionable insights to the business.
● Collaborate with business leaders to build and implement initiatives or programs that address business-specific needs or concerns. - People & Culture:
● Champion our company culture and values, using engagement survey data to partner with managers on developing and implementing meaningful action plans.
● Partner with other HR functions to drive and execute HR programs and initiatives seamlessly.
● Take ownership of Global/Regional HR projects and manage end-to-end implementation.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Must have handled GTM functions as a HRBP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze HR data.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
