- Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.
- Oversee the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of both manual and automated test cases, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sr QA Engineers and QA Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage and prioritize multiple teams while ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality software
- Track Quality metrics/KPIs and providing regular reports to stakeholders,
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, designers and Engineernig Leaders, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation technologies to drive innovation within the QA team
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and techniques. Ensure that the QA process is efficient, scalable, and measurable.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a quality advocate working with product managers, developers, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and ensure product requirements are met.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions to identify potential risks and dependencies.
- Provide regular updates on QA metrics, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Must have experience with SaaS products in the cloud at a global scale
- Proven expertise in UI automation frameworks and tools preferably Playwright.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python.
- Experience with API testing and automation tools like Postman or Pytest
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, Agile
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while driving a culture of quality and excellence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the QA team, mentoring junior testers and enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple teams and projects effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Good to have experience in Mobile app testing.
