Perform due diligence, write reports, and prepare sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Conduct extensive research on sustainability trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging sustainability issues to offer valuable insights and recommendations both internally to team members and externally to clients.
Provide pre-sales support and post-sales client service, ensuring outstanding customer experience throughout the engagement process.
