About the Team

The Meesho AI Services team is dedicated to revolutionizing customer support through cutting-edge AI technologies like chatbots, voicebots, and predictive analytics. We partner with call centers and BPOs to deliver seamless, efficient, and customer-focused operations. In addition to driving technology and process excellence, we actively manage client and partner relationships to ensure alignment on goals and continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about AI, building strong partnerships, and creating impactful change, this is the team for you!

About the Role

We are building a new-age AI Services (AI BPO) business that delivers outcomes—not software. This role is for a sales leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys selling new ideas, and can operate at the intersection of AI, services, and enterprise problem-solving. This is not a “manage pipeline” role. This is a 0–1 and 1–10 sales role where you will work closely with the leadership team to deeply understand customer needs, position MAS’s value proposition, and build long-term partnerships that drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive end-to-end enterprise/SMB sales cycles—from prospecting to closing.
  • Define and continuously refine ICP, buyer personas, and buying journeys.
  • Personally lead high-stakes deals, discovery conversations, and negotiations.
  • Build structured sales motions for selling new, disruptive offerings (not commodity products).
  • Map client org structures to identify true decision-makers, influencers, and blockers.
  • Develop and iterate on pricing strategies and models (outcome-based, slab-based, pilots, risk-sharing).
  • Identify product and service gaps through customer conversations.
  • Work deeply with Product, Tech, and Ops to influence roadmap based on market feedback.
  • Own continuous improvement of demos—what we show, how we show it, and why it works.
  • Coach the team on problem discovery, storytelling, and strategic selling.
  • Continuously track competition and adapt sales playbooks accordingly.

What you will need

  • 7–12 years of experience in B2B sales, with strong exposure to Indian mid-market / enterprise customers.
  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of closing complex, non-obvious deals.
  • Experience selling new products, new concepts, or disruptive offerings.
  • Strong comfort with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent oral/written communication—you can create crisp decks, proposals, and structured documents.
  • Demonstrated negotiation strength across pricing, scope, and commercials.
  • Strong understanding of technology and AI (you don’t need to code, but you must “get it”).
  • Exposure to consultative / solution selling rather than transactional sales.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or 0–1 environment.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • High ownership and hunger.
  • Sharp problem-identification and analytical skills.
  • Bias for action, iteration, and learning.
  • Comfortable operating without playbooks.

Culture and Total Rewards

Our focus is on cultivating a dynamic workplace characterized by high impact and performance excellence. We prioritize a people-centric culture, dedicated to hiring and developing exceptional talent.

Total rewards at Meesho comprise a comprehensive set of elements — monetary, non-monetary, tangible, and intangible. Our 9 guiding principles, or "Mantras," are the backbone of how we operate, influencing everything from recognition and evaluation to growth discussions. Daily rituals and processes like “Problem First Mindset,” “Listen or Die,” our Internal Mobility Program, Talent Reviews, and Continuous Performance Management embody these principles.

We offer competitive compensation — both cash and equity-based — tailored to job roles, individual experience, and skill, along with employee-centric benefits and a supportive work environment. Our holistic wellness program, MeeCare, includes benefits across physical, mental, financial, and social wellness. This includes extensive medical insurance for employees and their families, wellness initiatives like telehealth, wellness events, and fitness-related perks.

To support work-life balance, we offer generous leave policies, parental support, retirement benefits, and learning and development assistance. Through personalized recognition, gratitude for stretched work, and engaging activities, we promote employee delight at the workplace. Additional benefits such as salary advance support, relocation assistance, and flexible benefit plans further enrich the Meesho experience.

At Meesho, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace where every individual can thrive. In compliance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, we uphold the following principles:

  • Equal Opportunity: We ensure that employment opportunities are never denied on the grounds of disability if the candidate is otherwise competent to perform the job.

  • Accessible Workplace: Our facilities are designed to be fully accessible, with amenities and assistive devices provided to support differently abled individuals in their work.

  • Inclusive Hiring Process: We adopt a transparent and non-discriminatory selection process, including providing application forms in alternate formats and offering reasonable accommodations during interviews upon request.

  • Support & Confidentiality: A dedicated liaison officer/committee addresses concerns and grievances, while maintaining strict confidentiality of disability-related information.

  • Awareness & Inclusion: We conduct awareness programs to promote a culture of inclusivity across the organization.

Meesho welcomes applicants and employees of all abilities and is dedicated to fostering an environment where differently abled persons can achieve their full potential.
