About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong HR professional to join our team as an
Assistant Manager – HR, with a core focus on HR systems, analytics, AI-driven solutions, and
automation.
This role is not about managing processes at the surface level, it is about deep problem
discovery, building scalable solutions, and continuously improving the employee experience
through technology. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, hands-on, and user-first,
with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and solve them using data, systems, and
emerging technologies like AI.

What will you do:

    1. HR Systems Ownership (SuccessFactors & HR Tech Stack)
    ● Lead the implementation and management of SAP SuccessFactors modules (implementation, configuration, enhancements, and adoption)
    ● Act as the functional and technical owner of the HR tech stack (HRMS, LMS, integrations)
    ● Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency
    ● Troubleshoot issues hands-on and drive resolution with vendors/IT teams

    2. AI-Driven HR Transformation
    ● Identify and implement AI use cases in HR (e.g., predictive analytics, chatbot automation, intelligent workflows)
    ● Leverage AI tools to improve decision-making, employee experience, and operational efficiency
    ● Experiment with emerging tools (preferably LLMs like Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) and translate them into real HR applications
    ● Drive a culture of AI-first thinking within HR operations

    3. Problem Discovery & Solutioning (User-First Approach)
    ● Go beyond stated requirements to identify root problems and inefficiencies
    ● Apply first-principles thinking to redesign HR processes
    ● Build solutions with a strong focus on employee experience and usability
    ● Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and translate them into scalable tech solutions

    4. HR Analytics & Data Intelligence
    ● Build advanced dashboards, reports, and predictive models for HR metrics (attrition, hiring funnel, performance, enps)
    ● Work with large datasets, including data extraction, transformation, and analysis
    ● Enable data-driven decision-making across HR and leadership teams
    ● Bring storytelling into data, convert insights into actionable narratives

    5. Automation & Workflow Optimization
    ● Identify and eliminate manual processes through end-to-end automation
    ● Build workflows using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, scripting (Python/SQL), or similar
    ● Design self-serve HR solutions for employees and managers
    ● Continuously improve turnaround time, accuracy, and scalability of HR operations

    6. Integrations & API Management
    ● Design and manage system integrations between tools
    ● Work with APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools for seamless data exchange
    ● Collaborate with other BUs, such as IT, Finance, InfoSec, and CREWS to ensure robust, secure, and scalable integrations

    7. Governance, Risk & Compliance
    ● Ensure compliance with ITGC (IT General Controls) and audit frameworks
    ● Maintain strong controls around data privacy, access management, and system integrity
    ● Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and system readiness

    8. Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
    ● Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, InfoSec, and CREWS teams.
    ● Translate business needs into technical and system solutions
    ● Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management

What you will need:

    Experience:
    ● 3–6 years in HR Operations / HR Tech / People Analytics
    ● Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementation/configuration is a must)

    Technical Skills:
    ● Strong in HR analytics (Advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools like Power BI/Tableau)
    ● Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting
    ● Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
    ● Practical exposure to AI tools and applications in HR
    ● Strong understanding of data structures and workflows

    Other Skills:

    ● High ownership and accountability
    ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
