About the Role
As a Senior Talent Partner – Tech Recruitment, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring delivery and talent strategy for key engineering orgs, while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
This role goes beyond execution—you will help shape the future of hiring at Meesho by driving data-led decision making and AI-powered recruiting initiatives.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver end-to-end hiring for tech roles (SDE, Data platform, Data science,, ML, Infra, Mobile)
Drive quarterly and annual hiring targets across multiple business units
Build strong pipelines for lateral, niche, and leadership hiring
Ensure high offer-to-join conversion rates and hiring velocity
Partner with Engineering leaders, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs to drive hiring plans
Act as a strategic talent advisor with insights on market trends, talent availability, and compensation
Influence workforce planning through data-backed hiring insights
Track and improve key metrics such as time to hire, funnel conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates
Use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize hiring processes
Build and leverage dashboards to drive data-driven decision making
Identify opportunities to expand AI and automation across the hiring lifecycle to improve speed, quality, and productivity
Leverage AI-powered sourcing and talent discovery tools to unlock top talent pools
Use data and models to derive predictive insights on funnel conversion, candidate drop-offs, and offer acceptance
Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Stay updated on emerging AI trends in recruiting and translate them into practical use cases
Strengthen Meesho’s tech employer brand through community engagement, events, and outreach
Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints

What You Will Need
3-5 years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on tech hiring
Proven track record of hiring for product companies / high-growth startups
Strong understanding of engineering roles, tech stacks, and hiring challenges
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in recruiting analytics and metrics
Ability to drive hiring at scale while maintaining quality
High intent and curiosity to explore and adopt AI tools for recruiting
Hands-on exposure to or strong interest in AI-driven sourcing, screening, or recruiting automation tools
Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, or candidate experience
Comfort working with data, tools, and systems to optimize recruiting workflows
Builder mindset with a bias for innovation, experimentation, and scaling best practices
