About the Role

We’re building a next-generation AI Services business (MAS) and are looking for a Strategy & GTM Lead to help shape, scale, and accelerate growth.
This is not a typical strategy role. You will operate at the intersection of sales, marketing, product, and customer insight—owning critical levers that drive revenue and market positioning.
We’re looking for someone high-agency, deeply curious, and AI-native—someone who doesn’t just analyze problems but builds solutions from scratch.

What You’ll Do

    1. Own & Optimize the Sales Engine

  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and identify opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and deal quality

  • Work closely with sales teams to remove bottlenecks and drive predictable growth

  • 2. Design Pricing & Commercial Strategy

  • Build and iterate pricing models (pilots, contracts, enterprise deals)

  • Experiment with innovative pricing structures aligned to customer value

  • 3. Drive GTM & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to build the MAS brand

  • Generate high-quality inbound and outbound leads for the sales team

  • 4. Lead Events & Market Presence

  • Conceptualize and run events (online/offline) to drive awareness and pipeline

  • Represent MAS in customer and ecosystem conversations

  • 5. Shape the Value Proposition

  • Continuously refine the business narrative and positioning

  • Translate product capabilities into compelling customer value

  • 6. Build Best-in-Class Demo Experience

  • Own the demo portal and ensure it stands out vs. competitors

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to deliver impactful demos

  • 7. Competitive Intelligence & Strategy

  • Build structured competitor analysis workflows

  • Continuously track market shifts and adapt GTM strategy

  • 8. Deep Customer Understanding

  • Define ICP, map decision-makers and influencers

  • Tailor sales and marketing approaches for different buyer personas

  • 9. Explore New Growth Opportunities

  • Identify adjacencies and diversification opportunities for MAS

  • Evaluate and test new business ideas in the AI services space

What you'll need

    Preferred Background

  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, GTM, or early-stage startups

  • Experience in top-tier consulting firms, high-growth startups, or strong operator roles

  • Strong academic background from a top institution

  • Exposure to AI/ML products, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
  • High agency & ownership mindset – you don’t wait for instructions

  • AI-native builder – you’ve built or shipped something using AI (side project, startup, or at work)

  • Customer-first thinker – obsessed with solving real problems

  • Strong communicator & relationship builder – you enjoy engaging, influencing, and negotiating with people

  • Structured yet creative – can break down ambiguity and also think 10x
