About the role
The Culture & Engagement Intern will serve as an integral member of the HRBP team, supporting the design and execution of organisation-wide engagement initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional engagement activities, anchoring internal communication plans, and providing operational support for ongoing employee experience interventions.
What you will do
Engagement Programme Management
• Plan, coordinate, execute and host employee engagement activities across the business units, including milestone celebrations, recognition programmes, townhalls, cultural events, Hackathons and other need based engagements.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for engagement initiatives — from concept and stakeholder alignment through to on-ground execution and post-event review.
• Maintain a consolidated engagement calendar and ensure timely delivery of all planned interventions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within defined timelines.
Internal Communications
• Develop and manage internal communication plans aligned to engagement themes and organisational priorities.
• Draft, schedule, and publish employee-facing communications across relevant channels.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand across all engagement-related communications.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Liaise with stakeholders across business units to drive participation and alignment on engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Admin, Marketing, Business) to ensure seamless execution of programmes.
• Track action items, follow-up on deliverables, and maintain accountability across workstreams.
Experience Interventions Support
• Assist in the design and rollout of ongoing employee experience programmes across the employee lifecycle.
• Gather, collate, and analyse employee feedback to inform programme improvements.
• Support the documentation and reporting of key engagement metrics and programme outcomes.
What you will need
Educational Qualification
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Graduation (any discipline) or Post-Graduate programme (MBA / PGDM) from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 institution.
• Coursework or specialisation in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, Communications, or related fields will be advantageous.
Experience & Skills
• Prior exposure to cross-functional coordination, event management, or HR/engagement functions — through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional, audience-appropriate content.
• High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach to execution.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
