About the Role
This is a high ownership- Higher impact strategy role and not just a program management role! It sits within the D.A.R.C ( DS, Analytics, Risk and Collections ) team in FS. You will get to wear multiple hats such as problem solving, strategy, growth and execution. In addition to the D.A.R.C team, you will also work closely with other cross functional teams Product, Technology, Demand, Supply and our lending partners.
What you will do
Work directly with the Head of Risk to maintain a unified view of all ongoing initiatives, across the FS vertical spanning Risk strategy, Fraud strategy, Risk Analytics, Collection OPS and Collection analytics and Data Science.
Be the brain behind new strategies - Create, track and improve multiple input metrics and the core metrics across risk and collections.
Create and review project plans for completeness with well-defined tasks, timeline dependencies and owner, track ETAs and flag delays early, and ensure the teams are on track.
Evaluate External and Internal data sources which can help in driving better Risk decisions or post loan recoveries.
Executive communication: Write exec-level documents and present results and findings to senior management.
What you will need
3-6 years of work experience in driving OPS, strategy or risk with an experience of financial products (preferably personal loans)
Ability to think structurally and turn complex problems into projects and further break down into actionable plans.
Ability to independently drive problem statements and impact with limited instructions. Understand customer’s psychology cum needs and come up with right interventions to drive Repayments.
High ownership and hunger with an Inquisitive mindset to learn and improve with continuous problem solving.
Execution experience, demonstrated examples of delivering high impact projects
Proficiency in GSheet. GDocs, including creating dashboards, and reports. Appreciation for digital/analytics led product Risk and Collection strategies.
First principles based critical thinking and data-led approach to problem-solving
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ability to work in a VUCA environment
