About the Team

The Communications team at Meesho is responsible for shaping narratives that reflect the company’s mission to democratize internet commerce, while building trust, credibility and long-term reputation as a publicly listed company. The team works closely with leadership to drive communication across media, investors, analysts and broader stakeholders, anchored in transparency, governance, financial discipline and operational excellence.

About the Team

This role will support corporate and investor communications, working closely with Investor Relations, finance, legal and business teams. The mandate is to ensure consistent, compliant and high-impact communication that accurately represents Meesho’s performance, strategy and long-term vision in the public markets.

The role is suited for someone with experience in corporate PR and exposure to financial communications, who can translate business and financial information into clear, credible narratives.

What will you do:

  • Work closely with Investor Relations, finance and leadership teams to support communication around earnings, business performance and key corporate developments

  • Build and manage relationships with financial, business and investor-focused media

  • Develop content including press releases, briefing documents, messaging frameworks and leadership talking points.

  • Support preparation for investor and analyst interactions including media engagements and key announcements

  • Track market narratives, analyst commentary and investor sentiment to inform communication strategy

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all communication adheres to public market disclosure norms

  • Identify opportunities to proactively shape Meesho’s narrative around financial performance and business strategy

What will you need:

  • 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, with exposure to financial communications or investor relations

  • Prior experience working with or on publicly listed companies is preferred

  • Strong understanding of financial storytelling and public market communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong relationships with business and financial media

  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as finance and legal

  • High attention to detail, especially in disclosure-sensitive communication

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership
