About the Role
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with the CHRO on long-term strategic HR priorities. The Senior Manager – HR Strategic Projects will operate at the intersection of talent, culture, rewards, and organizational effectiveness. The role is designed for someone who enjoys thinking in first principles, structuring ambiguity into clarity, and translating ideas into scalable rollouts. You will help shape future talent and culture readiness at Meesho while driving structured execution of strategic HR initiatives.

What you will do

  • Drive Long-Term HR Strategic Projects
  • Partner closely with the CHRO on enterprise-level talent and culture initiatives in an individual contributor capacity
  • Research, conceptualize, and pressure-test new people strategies
  • Develop structured frameworks and proposals for future organizational needs
  • Talent & Culture Readiness
  • Build forward-looking views on org capability, leadership depth, rewards philosophy, and culture evolution
  • Evaluate trade-offs and impact of potential structural or policy changes
  • Apply first-principles thinking to complex HR challenges
  • Strategic Planning & Rollout
  • Analyze the pros and cons and enterprise level implications of each decision
  • Design detailed rollout roadmaps with clear milestones and impact metrics
  • Ensure alignment across leadership stakeholders
  • Senior Stakeholder Management
  • Work with CXOs and senior leaders to shape, refine, and align on people strategies
  • Translate complex thinking into crisp narratives and structured documents

What you will need

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from premium institutes
  • 5+ years of experience across HR, consulting, or strategic roles
  • Strong understanding of multiple HR domains (talent, rewards, culture, org design)Ability to go deep in one domain while retaining enterprise-level perspective
  • Strong first-principles and L2 thinking — able to anticipate second-order impact of changes
  • Exceptional structuring skills (problem statements, frameworks, roll-out plans)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfort operating with senior leadership
